We recently had the pleasure of tasting Cheval des Andes, a remarkable wine that combines the vibrant intensity of Argentine Malbec with the elegance and expertise of Bordeaux. This exceptional blend showcases: • A harmonious marriage of Argentine Malbec with Bordeaux varieties, balanced by Cabernet Sauvignon and subtle hints of Petit Verdot. • On the nose, a subtle complexity, while on the palate, it stands out for its balance rather than sheer power. • Born from Pierre Lurton's vision, this wine reflects the journey of the original Malbec vines from Bordeaux to Argentina.
