📅 On the 11th and 12th of December, Eurasanté and Clubster NSL were in Rimini (Italy) for the S3 Conference co-organised by the European Commission and the region Emilia-Romagna. On the agenda of these 2 days: • Discussions on the implementation of smart specialisation strategies • Which funding opportunities and initiatives such as Interregional Investments Initiative (I3) and Regional Innovation Valleys (RIV) can be used by regions and clusters to move forward • Sharing of experience and expertise, especially concerning Thematic Smart Specialisation Partnerships (TSSPs) • And of course, lots of networking with stakeholders from across the EU, and discussions with partners old and new ✨ The conference was also the occasion to have the first physical meeting of the S3 Partnership (TSSP) "Food for Positive Health Impact", approved by the EU Commission in June 2024. 🤝 Together with Flanders' FOOD, Wagralim, Cluster Alimentaire de Galicie, ART-ER S. cons. p. a., Clust-ER Health - Emilia-Romagna and Alliantie Voeding in de Zorg, Eurasanté and Clubster NSL aim to strengthen the links between food, nutrition and health in the coming years, through both the consumption and supply prisms. 📢 Stay tuned for the next advances of this S3 partnership! #S3CoP

🌍 DIGIT-PRE Project Meeting in Cluj: A Recap! 🌟   Last week, the DIGIT-PRE partners gathered in Cluj, Romania, for two intensive days of collaboration, innovation, and strategic planning. Eurasanté, as one of the 10 project partners, is proud to contribute to this initiative that fosters innovation in healthcare.   Here’s what unfolded during the meeting: 🗓️ Day 1 Highlights: 🔹Vision Workshop: Crafting a compelling narrative for the project’s impact and future goals. 🔹Innovation Support Program Review: A brainstorming session to enhance the support program's effectiveness. 🗓️ Day 2 Highlights: 🔹Tools & Business Modelling Session: Practical discussions on tools for business modeling and funding preparation. 🔹Communications Workshop: Setting the stage for the final year with updated strategies for outreach, events, and dissemination.   🎯 Takeaways: The meeting resulted in clear next steps for project closure, long-term impact goals, and actionable plans for communication and innovation support. Discover future treatments for periodontitis!   Register now for the launch conference of the Healthy Teeth project: a project which aims at developing more effective treatments to combat periodontitis, a disease responsible for tooth loss. 🦷🧑⚕️   The current standard treatment for periodontitis consists of mechanically eliminating the bacteria. However, it is impossible to eliminate 100% of the germs and the residual bacteria recolonise the periodontal pockets. As a result, the disease persists. Discover a new application for microfluidics in tissue reconstruction!
