[Member’s post - Ares accounting] Optimisez vos charges salariales pour réduire votre impôt sur le bénéfices des sociétés! Saviez-vous que le salaire des dirigeants est une charge déductible, réduisant donc votre résultat imposable à la Corporate Tax (CIT) ? En d’autres termes, se verser un salaire permet de réduire l'impôt total à payer sur votre bénéfice annuel. Mais attention, le montant de ce salaire doit respecter le "arm's length principle" pour éviter un contentieux fiscal quant à sa déductibilité. Deux options s’offrent à vous : 1. Si vous êtes salarié : un contrat de travail doit être établi, précisant votre salaire et vos avantages en nature. 2. Si vous êtes Manager sans contrat de travail : une "board resolution" devra définir ces mêmes éléments. À noter: les avantages en nature doivent être détaillés précisément pour garantir leur déductibilité à la CIT, ainsi que le traitement adéquat de la TVA sur les avantages en nature (loyer, voiture, etc.).
