Big Mamma is an Italian restaurant group founded in 2013 by Tigrane Seydoux and Victor Lugger. Our wish is to share the authenticity and warmth of traditional Italian trattorias abroad. All produce is directly sourced from small Italian producers, dishes are 100% homemade, served at affordable prices, in beautifully designed spaces, and with a big smile. Italian cuisine is about the quality of the ingredients, so we’ve partnered with small producers - Prosciutto di Parma from Stefano Borchini, San Marzano tomatoes from Paolo Ruggiero, flour from Antimo Caputo, to say the least! We are currently a team 2.200 employees and the family is still growing, with new openings coming up in 2025 across Europe. From Michelin gastronomy in the South of France to the “Steigenberger Icon Wiltcher’s” 5-star hotel, and the luxury “Hotel Juliana,” Rosa’s talents have crossed borders and cultures. Now, after a warm onboarding at Libertino in Paris, she’s bringing her passion and expertise straight to Gloria Osteria in Milano! 🥂

COMMENT LA PIZZA A CHANGÉ MA VIE🍕 Quand j’ai rejoint Big Mamma il y a 2 ans grâce à la super directrice events Cécile Rousseau j’ai d’abord rejoint une mission commune : ✨change people’s life with pizza✨. Je me souviens avoir souri à la lecture de ce mantra. “Une pizza c’est beau, c’est bon, ça fait plaisir, mais ça changera jamais la vie.“ Mon aventure a commencé avec NAPOLI GANG, avec qui j’ai essayé de changer des vies en livrant les pizzas directement à la maison ou au bureau, pour 10, 50, 500 personnes. 🚴🏼 C’était bien mais c’était pas assez, alors on a développé un service traiteur et on s’est déplacé directement chez vous, dans vos bureaux ou même des lieux insolites (des péniches, le Palais d’Iéna, le SOLIDAYS FESTIVAL) pour dresser vos buffets les plus sexy et assurer vos plus belles réceptions. Si ça n’a pas changé votre vie, ça a certainement changé celle de nos équipes en cuisines, alors merci🤝🏼👨🏻🍳 Le chemin se poursuit à LA FELICITÀ, big food & teuf market où je retrouve Victoria et Clément dans la gestion des événements et privatisations du lieu. A La Féfé, on avait de quoi vous rendre heureux, et c’est avec les pizzas napolitaines et les pizzas al trancio du panificio qu’on essayait de changer vos vies. Clément organisait vos nouvels ans et pouvait transformer la Felicità en station de ski ou piste de roller géante🛼, Victoria fermait le lieu au public pour accueillir vos 2000 collaborateurs👑, moi, j’accueillais tous vos événements jusqu’à 400 personnes et veillais au développement commercial du lieu, pour vous avoir toujours plus nombreux! Tous nous inscrivions comme véritables chefs d’orchestre d’une joyeuse symphonie. Si je n’ai pas réussi à changer vos vies avec ces pizzas, les pizzas ont bien réussi à changer la mienne. Chez Big Mamma, j'ai pu renouer avec cette essence italienne qui m'est si chère, tout en grandissant personnellement et professionnellement. 🇮🇹 Ce lien fort avec l'Italie m’a conduite à ressentir un besoin encore plus intense de m'en rapprocher, retrouver ses racines, vivre la “vita lenta” qui me manquait tant. BUONI PRODOTTI ONLY 🤭 Every morning, Latteria Sociale di Branzi 1953 collects milk from seventy small mountain dairy farms in the upper Brembana Valley, with which they produce great cheeses in the Bergamo tradition. 🧀 We went to visit them with the Squadra di Gloria and saw with our own eyes all the production of these works of art – and what a sight! ✨ At Big Mamma Group, we are committed to sourcing only the finest ingredients, collaborating with small, passionate producers like Latteria di Branzi.
