To help teams to have inclusive conversation, I would setup the Team Charter to get team members' inputs so that everyone could agree on the practices and behaviours accepted. Not only it promotes inclusiveness, it opens up conversations and the best part is self-governing integrity takes place. It is by far one of the best methods to connect with diverse team members.
