Here's a small, 1-bedroom, apartment on 1st floor.
It has kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and small living room.
It comes with washer and dryer, stove and fridge, and ample kitchen cabinetry.
Tenant pays City Utilities (water) and Duke Energy (electric).
Landlord supplies gas to a wall heater that heats most of the apartment.
An electric baseboard heater is available to supplement heat in one room.
We are currently supplying wi-fi (included).
We seek high quality renters who keep noise levels down and who coexist peacefully alongside the inhabitants of other apartments in the house.
The premises are not sound-proof, and we very much want everyone happy here.
Pets not allowed.
