Temp QC Tech | $17hr Monday - Friday with weekends as needed, 9:45pm to 5:45am An established food manufacturing company located in Algona, IA is looking for a reliable and organized individual with QC experience to fill their temporary QC Tech position! The QC Tech will work Monday-Friday with weekends as needed, 9:45pm-5:45am and it pays $17/hr.
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong communication skills and be able to work independently.
This is a temporary position lasting at least a month.
Individuals with prior quality control experience are encouraged to apply! Responsibilities: Ensure all sanitation requirements are met Conduct on-line product and packaging quality audits Conduct periodic label verification audits Conduct hourly metal detection and weight control audits Conduct post-sanitation and pre-operative inspections Work closely with operations and management Thorough understanding of production processes to ensure product requirements are met Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated use of strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently Must be able to problem solve Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to work in a cold environment Basic math and computer skills Benefits & Pay: Starting Pay: $17/hr Paid Every Friday!
