We are currently seeking full-time Production Operator positions at our Gold Bond Building Products facility in Fort Dodge, Iowa.

Must be a team player, be safety minded and able to work 12 hour shifts, with rotation and alternating weekends off.
Major Job Responsibilities:
\*Perform all duties associated with the Maintenance department which include, but are not limited to: installing, maintaining and repairing of all plant mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and other systems relating to the manufacturing process.
\*Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain equipment to ensure efficient operations.
Ability to fabricate, repair and/or assemble from simple or complex drawings.
\*Ensure a safe working environment through training and following all safety and Standard Operating Procedures.
\*Communicate with team members and those of other teams and departments, as necessary.
Utilize radio communication effectively.
Qualifications:
\*Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
\*Ability to operate a lift truck.
\*Able to work any shift and to work overtime
This position will rotate with another associate as agreed upon between 8am-4pm and 4pm-Midnight.
