We are looking for a Dishwasher to join our kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness around our restaurant.

Note that this role requires working in shifts.
All Dishwashers at COLT Grill receive one free meal, each shift worked !
*Responsibilities*
* Load and unload dishwashing machines
* Wash specific items by hand (e.
g.
wooden cutting boards, large pots , etc.
)
* Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
* Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours
* Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.
g.
detergents) and place orders when necessary
* Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues - wipe out machines frequently during shift to ensure proper function of equipment.
* Remove garbage regularly
* Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor, remove kitchen mats at end of service, mop entire area.
* Set up dining room - ensure tables and chairs are appropriately placed
* Assist in cleaning of restrooms, ensure restrooms are stocked with necessary sanitary products.
*Skills desired:*
* Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines
* Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed
* Time management skills
* Attention to detail and sanitation rules
* Availability to work in shifts, during weekends and evenings
* Team collaboration
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.
50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
