Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide details on menu items using suggestive selling techniques.
Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines.
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request ID and adhere to all alcohol policies and procedures.
Participate in set-up, opening & closing and cleaning procedures, arrange inventory, report shortages to supervisor.
Properly collect money, process credit cards, record all transactions, complete paperwork and maintain bank.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Prior food service experience preferred.
Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory.
Effective communication skills; ability provide excellent guest service, receive orders and operate POS system.
Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds.
Ability to stand for the entire length of shift with frequent bending, stooping, walking, and reaching.
Exposure to chemicals used to clean and sanitize surfaces and equipment.
