So, where did this journey begin? 💬 “We kicked things off by setting clear goals and creating a communications plan to support our desired employer brand perceptions. We also refreshed our career pages with input from many of our employees.” 🌟 Over the past year, we have consistently shared employer branding content, crafted in collaboration with the Employer Branding Agency Emine Oy, showcasing our people and work on social media and our website. What’s been your main observations during the first year? 💪 First, systematic employer branding communication has had real effects. ”Candidates in recruitment processes have been looking into our content and we’ve received positive feedback outside of Mylab that it’s nice to see sneak peaks from our people and daily work.” 💪 The second observation is about what happened internally. ”I think that our people are more interested to participate, share ideas and support the work, now that they have seen some of the results.” Employer branding is a long-term journey, but are there any exciting milestones to share? ”Yes, there are!” 🙌 ”Our presence in e.g. social media is significantly higher than before and the analytics show our contents are engaging. 🙌 Internally, the awareness of employer branding related matters has raised and I have been happy to be consulted to many development projects from this perspective!
