Our mission is to provide access to critical product information, including pricing, availability, and environmental impact data - making it easy to buy and sell industrial products. From a recent customer survey, we learned a growing awareness and demand for sustainability and emissions data, especially in public sector contract tendering. Some respondents even mentioned instances of project losses attributed to the lack of required environmental impact data. This emerging trend underscores a shift in decision-making criteria, where, alongside price, sustainability considerations such as carbon footprint information is becoming increasingly important. Cronvall is collecting product-specific #CO2e data, focusing on the manufacturing stages, which encompass raw material procurement, transportation, and manufacturing processes. Currently there are more than thousand products with accessible CO2e numbers available on our platform. We will be expanding our database by giving our customers the information needed to make decisions that meet the future standards of the industry.

🔍 Diving into Procurement Trends: Insights from Industry Leaders! 🌐🏗️ Based on our latest survey that included various 100+ companies of various sizes mainly from the construction (54% of respondents) and manufacturing (23%) sectors: 💼 Sending RFQs is a thing: 50% of respondents send one weekly and 23% send them 3-4 times per week, emphasizing the constant need for new quotes. 💰 As expected Pricing the primary driver for initiating an RFQ is to ascertain pricing, closely followed by the need to understand product availability. Towards a marketplace: 🌐 80% demand offers from multiple suppliers, indicating the importance of having options and ensuring competitive pricing and availability. 🔄 Flexibility matters: 50% prefer receiving alternative options in their offers, and 40% appreciate having alternatives at least sometimes.
