Federal government discloses more than 1,700 AI use cases

The new total more than doubles the figure from last year. Of those use cases, 227 were labeled rights- or safety-impacting.

House AI task force releases final report, eyes future work with Trump administration

Rep. Jay Obernolte, R-Calif., said the president-elect’s tech transition team met with the task force last week and conversations are ongoing.
