Get to know Luca
Since joining Flying Colours, I’ve been given the opportunity to experience a variety of roles and get involved in different projects. I joined the company in April 2020 as an administrator, and am working towards my Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning because I aspire to become a financial adviser.
I started a new role as a paraplanner in February 2023 which is the natural progression towards becoming a financial adviser. My current role involves preparing and writing suitability reports for our team of advisers which are then issued to our clients and detail how to achieve their financial goals.
Outside of work
I enjoy playing and watching football and socialising with friends.
What do love about your job?
I like having the opportunity to challenge myself by trying new roles and getting involved in different projects. I take a keen interest in learning more about the profession to enhance my knowledge and understanding, which will help me to progress on my career path.
Flying Colours has a varied client bank, and I also enjoy reviewing their individual situation or circumstances, understanding their objectives, and working out how we can help them throughout their lifetimes.
What do you love about Flying Colours?
Flying Colours has supported my career path, especially with exam support which has been very beneficial to me. They’ve encouraged me to achieve my ambition of becoming a financial adviser. I also enjoy working with my colleagues across all our offices and feel that we have a good culture in the company.
