It needs a replacement cover for the sides (available from ShelterLogic for $1,690, product #1A2563, not listed on their website but available if you call them).
The end covers are in fair condition.
The structure is modular and breaks down in to ~ 4ft segments.
Selling the frame and end tarps for $500, cash, you dismantle and transport.
