Skid Steer Operator & Greenhouse Worker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Skid Steer Operator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating our John Deere skid steer to load mulch and rock for customers.
This position also involves physically lifting and moving bags of mulch and soil and plants.
Assisting customers with loading their vehicle.
Taking care of the plants at the nursery such as digging holes and bedding in trees in mulch bed.
Assisting greenhouse workers with plant care and watering.
May involve some maintenance of vehicles or equipment.

```Responsibilities``` - Operate skid steer equipment for loading mulch/rock, unloading pallets from semi deliveries.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning - Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area ```Requirements``` - Proven experience operating newer skid steers and other heavy equipment - Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues - Valid driver's license - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team - Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, bending, and lifting - Familiarity with new John Deere equipment is a plus - Must be able to work outdoors all day in all temperatures and weather conditions.
- Able to walk, dig, lift, and bend.
Physically active position with lots of heavy lifting involved.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
