Responsibilities
Provide friendly guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose customized solutions that suit their requirements
Promote sales through various channels, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Display and showcase attractive real estate properties to potential buyers
Conduct research and perform comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties
Requirements
Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.

Proven track record of successful sales is a plus
Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

Familiarity with MS Office tools
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be 18 years or older
