One of our co-founders Federico Imparatta Romero asks that we re-evalute our role in building great product by focusing more on that and less on constantly creating content: "It’s time to re-evaluate our priorities and recognize the detrimental impact of algorithm-driven content creation on leadership and product development. Leaders should push back against this trend and refocus their efforts on what truly matters—building great products and leading their teams to success.
