After our roller coaster run through the lower bracket, MAD Lions KOI came up just short in yesterday's final. In 2023 we had a very similar run and we bounced back to win Spring Split and secure our place at MSI. Let's hope that history can repeat itself! Results aside, this is a very different feeling to 2023, this was a monumental moment for this team and for League of Legends in Spain. Testament to that is that Spanish language viewership overtook English as the most popular language to watch LEC! The peak views on Ibai's channel hit an incredible 330K and his 3 co-streams have had more than 6M views over the weekend. Incredible numbers, even for Ibai! There will be many more incredible stats to come out of this weekend, but you only have to look at the sentiment on socials to see that these 5 guys have united and inspired a whole community. This is only going to get bigger, this juggernaut is picking up speed faster than anyone expected and it's going to take some stopping!
