Every first Wednesday of the month, we all have breakfast together. We buy the best artisan bread 🥖 in town and fresh tomatoes🍅 for pa amb tomàquet, the best Catalan invention. Yesterday, we added a new ingredient to our table: #KUDOSCARDS. Throughout the month, each of us has written 2 or 3 cards to give #kudos to other team members or to give one of self-criticism. We´d implemented a KUDOS system based on #competencies we all want to develop as professionals and persons. Using The Lord of the Rings 🧝🏼♀️ as inspiration, we matched each competency with a character from the famous story. The results were fantastic! For this first round, we realized we excelled at #TeamSpirit and #Adaptability to Challenges. 💥We are a team of Frodos and Sams! #HexadSpain #HexadianLife
