Yacht itinerary showing U.S. stops. 🔸Strong ties to your home country (e.g., property, family). Valid passport (6 months+). How to Apply: 🔸Complete the DS-160 form. 🔸Pay the fee 🔸Schedule your interview at a U.S. Embassy/Consulate. 🔸Bring all docs & explain your role on the yacht. Validity: 🔸Typically valid for up to 10 years (multi-entry). Each stay is approved for up to 6 months by U.S. Customs. Work contracts will no longer count as valid proof. 🔶 Non-EU/Schengen Crew: If you fly into the Balearics without a Seaman’s Book, you won’t get an exit stamp. Your 90-day allowance will start counting down. 🔶 Stay Within the 90-Day Limit: Avoid overstaying to prevent visa issues. 🔶 Applies to All Yachts: Rules apply to all crew, no matter the yacht’s flag.
