Welcome Virtuleap A GED Ventures Portugal investiu cerca de 2,5 milhões de euros na Virtuleap, uma startup #HealthTech e #EdTech, que desenvolveu uma biblioteca de jogos de realidade virtual para avaliar e treinar uma série de habilidades cognitivas, incluindo a memória. Com estes dados, que ficam disponíveis numa plataforma, é possível fornecer resultados clínicos fundamentais para a triagem e perfil da saúde do cérebro. Estes jogos, curtos, intensos e divertidos, foram desenvolvidos por neurocientistas e projetados como traduções de ferramentas de avaliação neuropsicológica. Posteriormente, os dados recolhidos são analisados por ferramentas de aprendizagem de Inteligência Artificial #AI. A “Enhance VR”, desenvolvida pela Virtuleap, pretende tornar-se num “ginásio para a mente” acessível a todos e servir, no futuro, como uma terapêutica para colmatar desafios de aprendizagem como Transtorno do Déficit de Atenção com Hiperatividade e outros distúrbios cognitivos. Virtuleap has developed a collection of virtual reality games that can be used to evaluate and improve various cognitive abilities, such as memory, attention, motor control skills and spatial orientation. The company can provide essential clinical findings for brain health screening and profiling by collecting data on a single platform. Neuroscientists have developed these short, intense, and fun games, and they serve as translations of neuropsychological assessment tools, which are then analyzed using artificial intelligence #AI learning tools. The "Enhance VR" program, developed by Virtuleap, aims to provide a "gym for the mind" accessible to everyone, and potentially serve in the future as a therapeutic for learning challenges like ADHD and other cognitive disorders.
