Job Description Role: Business Analyst with Guidewire and P&C Location: IL (Remote) Leads teams to analyze new and existing application needs, customize software platforms, and tailor applications to satisfy specific business requirements.
We are looking to hire a Guidewire or Duck Creek or Sapiens PolicyPro Business Analyst with a good understanding of product capabilities to join our insurance team.
Will participate in PolicyPro Product Designer training.
Previous knowledge in a specific software platform (Policy Admin and/or Forms Development) or in a different platform that is substantially similar in function and intent to the platform being supported.
Insurance knowledge required.
Excellent understanding of P&C insurance domain, particularly exposure to P&C Lines products implementations and enhancements.
Expected to diagnose more complex production issues and recommend fixes.
Ensures appropriate communication to stakeholders.
Provides significant input to root cause analysis in order to implement preventative measures.
Has experience in application configuration that can be leveraged to offer basis for creative solutions with the flexibility to adapt, react, and solve routine problems as they arise.
Service Management experience preferred.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process preferred.
