Have right to mark the edits of non-whitelisted users as “patrolled”; patrollers and administrators can filter out the unpatrolled edits in Special:RecentChanges, so bad edits can be picked up more efficiently.
Users are granted this right from WT:Whitelist page where one admin would nominate a user and another admin would approve the nomination.
