This character was added to the Jōyō kanji list in 2010 and adopted this simplified form. Before 2010 the unsimplified form was the (いん)(さつ)(ひょう)(じゅん)()(たい) (insatsu hyōjun jitai), and the simplified form was a (かん)()(かん)(よう)()(たい) (kan'i kan'yō jitai).
