Bafatá is a city in Guinea-Bissau.

Get in

[edit]

Easily reached from Bissau - a two hour drive on a good road. Plenty of sept-places.

About one hours' drive from Gabú - also on a good road.

The "paragem" (bus station) is a bit far away from the old colonial centre. It's a shorter walk if you get off at the Amilcar Cabral Monument and walk downhill to the river

From Buba, take a direct bus or change at Retunda De Bambadinca. This should take around 3500 CAF, luggage included (2023).
