I'm not sure retraction of past personal attacks (or rather your permission for others to strike them since you cannot strike yourself being blocked) satisfies Lourdes' request to confirm that you will not repeat the "state sponsored" and similar accusations on any editor unless you are able to showcase the same with diffs at AN or ANI. I'm not sure how qualifying your retraction with Considering the discussion's result was already clear, my participation was probably unneeded. helps your case.
