As someone deeply committed to family, going back to my roots has always seemed to be a recurring theme in my life. I have always valued taking time to catch up with people I love and trying to retrace those memory making footsteps along the ocean’s edge. 

As a professional model, many see me. However, what they don’t see is the deep drive and commitment within me to succeed on every level. Whether it was studying in between modeling jobs at age fourteen, practicing hours on end every day for national swim competitions or learning at the feet of master professional chefs, I have always been driven to make generations of my family proud. It’s in my blood. My grandfather, Gerry McAdams, founded Yankee Trader Seafood in 1994 in Massachusetts and today it is a third-generation, family-owned business. I now have the good fortune of donning my own chef’s hat and apron to promote Emma Leigh Brands, made right here in the USA!

I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen and creating recipes for years and I am so grateful to have the opportunity to share them with you.
