Our Story WellSpring started in 2009 with a vision to help the New Generation transform their values through sports and fun. We believe the most effective way to communicate with the young children is via challenging activities and hands-on learning. True to our slogan we encourage children to let their natural desires surface to the outside. Now WellSpring is able to serve 200,000 individuals, this includes overnight, day camps, father/mother and child camps, governmental and local school camps and international camps held in USA, Poland, Greece, Italy and Ukraine. Wellspring is present also in Lebanon and Morocco and accredited by both Leadership Development International (LDI) and WinShape International. WellSpring Egypt is a community service organization dedicated to teaching, modelling, and equipping youth, young professionals, families, and teachers in the Egyptian community. Based on genuine moral values, we serve through camps, leadership and family development programs. WellSpring works with schools, universities, non-governmental organizations and governmental institutions. WellSpring offers many sports and activities that facilitate the growth of our campers. Some of our most popular activities are the zip line and high ropes courses, which increase the campers' ability to challenge themselves, break down their fears and help them become more confident. Developed in collaboration with Smart Vision School, "Peer to Peer" has already seen amazing success in its pilot phase. This unique program is tailored to give students the power to become agents of change, fostering within them the characteristics of impactful leadership and a deep understanding of how to uplift and support underprivileged people in their community and beyond. Through "Peer to Peer," students are equipped with the tools and knowledge to make a real difference in the world. They'll learn essential leadership skills, develop empathy and compassion, and discover how to create positive change. With overwhelmingly positive feedback from the pilot phase, we're excited to continue this journey and expand the program's reach. It's an honor for us to participate in this special event, where WellSpring for Community Development, a leader in various activities and practical learning, organized a remarkable sports day. The event brought together students from universities in Upper and Southern Egypt, along with international students studying in Egypt and students from the University of East London. The sports day offered a mix of interactive, educational, and athletic activities, in addition to fun games, all in an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and interaction. This exceptional experience highlighted the role of sports activities in strengthening bonds and cultural communication among diverse young people. إنه لشرف لنا أن نشارك في هذا الحدث المميز حيث نظمت شركة ويل سبرنج للتنمية المجتمعية، الرائدة في مجالات الأنشطة المختلفة والتعلم العملي، يومًا رياضيًا حافلًا وقد ضمّت فعاليات اليوم الرياضي طلابًا وطالبات من جامعات وسط وجنوب الصعيد، مع مشاركة مميزة لطلاب وافدين من دول أجنبية يدرسون في مصر، وطلاب من جامعة إيست لندن. قدّم اليوم الرياضي مزيجًا من الأنشطة التفاعلية والتعليمية والرياضية، إلى جانب ألعاب ترفيهية شيقة، في أجواء مليئة بالحماس والتفاعل. برزت هذه التجربة المميزة دور الأنشطة الرياضية في تعزيز الترابط والتواصل الثقافي بين مختلف الشباب.

Glimpses of the implementation of Alex Bank's initiatives "Hadi Badi, Green Step" In great cooperation between the WellSpring Foundation and the Hayah Karima Foundation, we were able during this week to serve 10,855 male and female students from the primary stage for each initiative with a total of 21,710 male and female students in Giza Governorate in its various schools, and our goal is to reach 48 thousand students in all governorates. Great effort and joint cooperation resulted in instilling the values of sustainable development and reducing the carbon footprint and introducing students to financial inclusion and how to spend, save and serve the community.
