Qualifications: *Minimum 10 years of experience *Experience in multiple project types as a leader is preferable. *Good computer skills, proficient with MS office - MS Project/CAD/ REVIT applications. *Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English languages is a must. *Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget. * Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: *Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. *Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project *Arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. *Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. *Responsible for overall quality and management of projects. *Supervise project delivery and assess client needs. *Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project/program effectiveness. *Monitor the established operating procedures for project. *Ensure procedures meet project goals. *May also coordinate project activities with government regulatory or other governmental agencies.
