Aspire is looking to hire an Account Manager who plays a crucial role in managing key client accounts. The Account Manager is responsible for driving growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting collaboration and growth within the team. Job Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all their needs. - Consult and craft tailored training solutions for clients and partners. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and identifying opportunities for growth. - Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to review performance, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement. - Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Aspire’s offerings and services. - Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure the successful delivery of products or services to clients. - Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations to clients. - Address client escalations and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. - Conduct regular team meetings to discuss strategies, share best practices, and provide updates on key accounts. - Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and working long term with clients. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in account management (3 to 4 years of experience). - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Fluency in English is a must. - Strong understanding of account management principles, sales strategies, and customer relationship management. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets and client satisfaction. - Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. - Strong negotiation and presentation skills. - Team player If you’re interested, please don’t hesitate to send your CV to [email protected] *Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
