The biggest problem when implementing AI in sales teams, is that we’re still thinking AI first. Funny thing is, it’s just history repeating itself - remember when everyone wanted to build an app? And just like with apps, it’s not that building the app or implementing the AI is the challenge. It’s implementing it in such a way that it drives business value. For that, we need to stop thinking AI first. And we need to start: 📌 Think sales rep first How could I help my sales team to sell more effectively and efficiently? And could AI be part of the solution for that? 📌 Focus on data second Quality over quantity. Newer llm’s can generate great results with limited data input, but then you need to make sure your data is relevant and recent. Otherwise, you’re left with trash output. Tech hypes come and go - let’s just make sure we don’t keep on repeating the past.

World star builders, researchers, promoters, but also their backers, made their way to Buckeburg, Germany. At most "conferences" you get shouted at by your respected fellows with a slim chance of meeting them after to discuss approaches. Thanks to Allison, Lou, Lydia, Amy, Smilek, and others, we had ample time to deliberate and collaborate on roadmapping efforts in our intertwining fields. This must be the absolute best selling expression right now, yet at the same time, it scares many who can't grasp it, don't understand it?! If we can create and explain the benefits of AI 🤖 and make it understandable to everyone, we will go far. I have daily discussions with people who are afraid that their jobs will disappear, and with older generations who don’t understand the technology. What our Greece team-building trip taught me about B2B sales... Just kidding — I’ll never post something like that. But honestly, it felt amazing to reach a point where we could make something like this happen for our team. When I started Flow Ninja 5 years ago, I used to joke: - We’ll rent a bus, pack everyone up, and take the whole team to Greece! And every year, the team would ask: “When are we going to Greece?” 🏖 It seemed impossible even last year to pull off something like this for 40+ people, but after the year we’ve had, we made it happen. Enter: Flow Ninja Survivor. For me, a team-building trip should be just that—building the team. So, we packed in a ton of fun activities to help everyone connect and collaborate better, like: - Quizzes with fun facts about our team members - Team challenges (building the best sand sculpture, of course) - Survivor-style games - Karaoke (because why not?) These are the moments that make all the hard work worth it—seeing a group of young, dedicated people enjoying what we’ve built together.

In an online interaction with Cosmin Raileanu the other days, he raised a topic that I like a lot and, also, in high trend, about the importance of AI for entrepreneurs. I leave the conclusions below👇 - AI (and technology, in general) is actually a tool that entrepreneurs can use to accelerate their work and their development to align with the new standards. Imagine a man without a mobile phone and no access to the Internet. It can certainly survive, but it's gonna be a struggle and might experience an exponentially harder time than someone that has all of that. I believe that AI will be what the phone and the computer have come to represent for each of us, but to the power of 1000. 🚀 - It is essential to remain open to integrating Tech & AI into our life and business, so that we can get rid of the repetitive workload and really deal with things that are relevant and that honor our power and potential as Human beings. 💫 - In 3-5 years, the world we live in today will look like the stone age compared to the level of efficiency and productivity we will have then with AI. 🔝 - If you farm with a hoe, you produce enough food to survive, and past generations and our grandparents proved it.
