" We took part and competed at the Prototron programme with our MastSmart solution, which is an innovative flag hoisting system integrated with any smart home ecosystem. During the program we got a crash course into the world of startup-s with very experienced and professional speakers and supportive Prototron team. We started the program with us having the technical visualization of the product and its parts and ended the Prototron programme with a bucket filled with new ideas and how to professionally present these to our mentors and potential investors - the pitching contest was the icing on the cake! Beyond the ideas, Prototron also offers access to useful and colorful individuals, who may help our idea to mature and grow into a volume product, either via mentoring or via direct investments. Mentor Day in Motion 🔮 Our Prototron Mentor Day was packed with insights and expert guidance across five key areas: business development, marketing, legal, finance, and product development. Each team received dedicated 30-minute mentoring sessions, followed by time for mentors to share valuable feedback and notes to help the teams move forward.The day kicked off with a quick welcome and an overview, and then it was full speed ahead with team pitches and deep dives into the core of each business idea. Mentors evaluated each team on their skills and potential, as well as the strength of their ideas and the progress they’ve made so far. After an intense round of mentoring, our mentors and partners gathered for a discussion to identify the TOP10 teams who will keep moving forward in the program. Stay tuned—our TOP10 teams have been announced and are gearing up for their next big challenge: pitch training!  This structured and intensive mentoring system ensures each team gets tailored feedback and the right resources to bring their visions to life.
