About 18 hours a month actual cleaning time.
Very flexible schedule.
Can clean any day, morning or eve.
2 Offices (about the size of a gas station) about 3,000 sq feet needs cleaned 3 times a week.
Days and times can be flexible.
Can be mornings or evenings.
Buildings are 6 minutes apart.
All supplies and chemicals included.
