We are looking for applicants who have actual previous experience with roofing installation and maintenance upkeep on roofs.
We also desire the worker to have a knack for hands-on work and great handyman skills.
We need several persons to perform general upkeep of our maintenance equipment & our campus of tenant buildings.
We desire people who are quick learners and self starters, and have problem solving skills, can take direction, and have a positive attitude.
We are willing to train in other areas of maintenance ( Roofing experience is a must!)
Pay is commensurate on experience ($15 is just the baseline).

*Primary Responsibilities and Qualifications:*
* ROOF REPAIRS AND TROUBLE SHOOTING LEAKS
* Resolve electrical, plumbing, and general Handyman / Maintenance repairs and upkeep.
( Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems)
* Light Electrical troubleshooting and minor replacing/servicing lights
* Light Plumbing repairs
* Caulking
* Minor carpentry repairs and flooring experience
* Minor painting and drywall repair
* Clearing and maintaining drains up to 8”'
* General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
* Licensed forklift / boom lift or willing to be trained or obtainable within 6 months
* OSHA 8 hour certification desired or obtainable within 6 months
* Ability to lift up to 80 pounds, able to work heights and climb ladders safely
* Keep the grounds free of debris and trash
* Basic math skills
* Attention to detail
* Good communication ability and are well-organized and apt in problem-solving
* Site up clean
* High school diploma or equivalent
