Quality and Engineering Manager

```Duties``` - Develop and implement quality control procedures, policies, and standards to ensure product quality and compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality systems.
- Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure the delivery of high-quality materials and components.
- Participate in project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating quality-related tasks.
```Experience``` - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Experience with fabricating processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles.
- Proficient in implementing and maintaining Quality Systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.
).
- Skilled in conducting quality audits and inspections.
- Ability to analyze data using statistical tools and techniques.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $97,760.
