CONSTRUCTION TAKE OFF

Modular Builders is seeking a skilled and experienced individual for the position of Take Off.
In this role you will be responsible for assisting with project coordination and blueprint reading to ensure accurate and efficient take offs.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to: * Collaborate with project managers and estimators to gather necessary information for takeoffs; * Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to accurately determine quantities and measurements; * Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and pricing information; * Prepare detailed take off reports and cost estimates for review by project team; * Assist with bid preparation and submission process; * Maintain accurate records of all take offs and related documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS include but are not limited to: * Strong experience in performing take offs in the construction industry; * Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans; * Knowledge of project coordination processes and procedures; * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines; * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; * Strong computer skills; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Prior take off experience is a requirement.
