We are a multi-skilled facility.
*The individual will be expected to learn / improve on all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and preventive maintenance on various high-speed filling and packaging machinery.
Our Maintenance Technicians support manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the manufacturing equipment in a safe and orderly fashion.

*The ideal candidate will be taught and expected to use the following skills:*
*1.
Industrial breakdown maintenance experience (packaging equipment experience preferred)*
*2.
Experience working on 110V - 480V AC, wiring panels, breakers, and laying conduit*
*3.
Electronics experience that includes PLC and troubleshooting*
*4.
Mechanical experience including cam & switches, pneumatics, hydraulics, vacuum pumps, conveyors, plumbing*
*5.
Welding experience on Stick, MIG, Metal Fabrication*
*6.
Complete knowledge of a Lock Out, Tag out program.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):*
* *Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance.
Make necessary repairs and adjustments on machines and equipment during production to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency*
* *Set-up of manufacturing/packaging equipment*
* *Fabricate/repair parts by using shop instrumentation and equipment*
*The following are preferred requirements:*

A two-year technical degree is preferred*
