Job Summary:
The Clean & Repair Technician’s primary role is to clean, repair, and refurbish mobile office trailers.
General construction knowledge is required.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Safely operate various electric/air-powered tools, along with regular hand tools.
• Precisely measure, cut, and install various types of construction material.
• Repair structural and cosmetic damage.
• Document tasks performed and materials used.
• Clean, repair, and/or refurbish mobile offices in preparation for customer utilization.
• Maintain a safety-first work environment at all times by following all safe practices and adhering to all safety standards.
• Consistently meet or exceed quality standards.
• Ensure all Company policies are adhered to.
Job Requirements:
• Ability to work individually and as a team player.

• Knowledge of general carpentry.
• Ability to operate hand tools.

Hours: M-Th: 7:00am – 4:30pm, F: 7:00am – 11:00am
Compensation:
Starting wage $16.
