Craig Stein Beverage is seeking a full-time, dependable Sales Representative located in Idaho Falls, ID.
The Sales team is responsible for CSB’s overall growth, with duties including account calls, managing inventories, and selling activities.
The Sales team is the main contact for retailers.
They act as consultants and identify areas of growth and opportunity.
Sales Representatives are responsible for managing sales assigned retail accounts on regular call frequency to sell volume, new distribution, management of shelf space, pricing, point of sales, and merchandising.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Build positive relationships with retailers, supplier partners, and internal personnel to grow market share in assigned territories
Provide team support with vacation/holiday route relief sales, grow volume, new distribution, management of brand placements, point of sale, and marketing with accounts
Present sales presentations to assigned accounts using sales data, brand sales sheets, and market information
Responsible for assigned retail accounts on regular call frequency to sell volume, new distribution, management of shelf space, pricing, point of sales, and merchandising
Attend both DM team and Sales team meetings as scheduled
Introduction of new brands/packages to increase space for CSB products
Complete tasks assigned by the District Manager and the Director of Sales to assist with your growth plan
Maintain a high level of quality assurance standards for all products by properly maintaining inventory levels and customer service
Within 1 year of hire, become Cicerone Beer Serve Certified and complete Gallo Gateway training
Knowledge and Skills Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Must have a current and valid driver's license with 4 points or less on driving record
Must have a reliable personal vehicle with the minimum required liability insurance
Must pass background check prior to employment
Ability to lift products up to 165 lbs.

, kegs) and possible repetitive lifting/moving back stock, building displays, and hanging of point of sale throughout the duration of the shift
Willing to work flexible hours if needed including nights, weekends, and sometimes holidays
Possess high customer service skills and the ability to work with others in a positive manner to resolve issues professionally
Self-motivated and high-energy level to be able to handle a fast-changing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be 18 years or older
