*Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:*
* Greet clients and firm visitors, on the phone and in person
* Assess and forward phone calls accordingly
* Take messages and relay to appropriate attorney/department or staff member
* Moderate billing and clerical tasks
* Sort and distribute mail and courier packages
* Maintain office, janitorial and hospitality supplies
* Maintain clean and tidy lobby area
*Qualifications:*
* Experienced with, or have the ability to learn, multi-line telephone system
* Speak clearly and possess solid communication skills
* Possess a pleasant demeanor and a professional appearance
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office
* Be a flexible, dependable, team player
* Ability to prioritize and problem solve
*Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*
* Previous experience working in professional office desired, but not required
* Notary public helpful, but not required
*Salary:* Commensurate with experience.
