Dairy Production Quality Manager

MUST HAVES: * Educational Background and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in dairy manufacturing or food science (preferred).
3-5 years of experience as a sanitation supervisor (required).
* Specialized Knowledge:Profound knowledge of sanitation, including chemicals and good practices.
Strong understanding of dairy process equipment.
Microbiological knowledge.
* Language Proficiency and Communication Skills:Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to translate documents and conduct training in Spanish.
Demonstrated skills in active listening, ensuring a clear understanding of information and effective communication, minimizing misinterpretations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Ensure the highest standards of quality and food safety within the workplace.
* Oversee the enforcement of quality and food safety programs.
* Verify and manage cleaning activities to maintain compliance with policies and standards.
* Monitor employees to ensure adherence to required programs.
* Conduct daily GMPs audits and take corrective actions as necessary.
* Collaborate with maintenance for work orders and inspect non-conforming products.
* Assist with SSOP implementation and training.
* Translate departmental documentation into Spanish when needed.
* Train sanitation personnel and conduct periodic training sessions for new employees.
* Conduct annual quality/food safety refresher training.
* Supervise janitorial activities.
* Ensure adherence to safety rules and company policies.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.
00 - $90,000.
