This Pre-General Availability Test Application (the “Test Application”) is incorporated into and made part of the agreement governing your use of Google Workspace services (the "Agreement"). The Agreement may be, for example, the Google Workspace Terms of Service, the Google Workspace Services Schedule to the Google Cloud Master Agreement, or Google Workspace for Education Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined in this Test Application have the meaning stated in the Agreement.
Use this Test Application to apply for early access to Email Layouts v2 and eSignature (the “Test Products”). The Test Products are a Pre-GA Offering. If you are granted access to the Test Products, the terms in this Test Application, together with the Agreement, will govern access to and use of the Test Product.
These Test Products are a set of features that enable users to create, edit and customize email layouts in Gmail as well as request and insert eSignature in Google Docs and PDF files. Google has no obligation to generally release a version of the Test Product and any generally released version may have significantly different functionality than the Test Product.
ADDITIONAL TEST TERMS
The following Specific Test Terms apply to your users' use of the eSignature Test Product: Workspace eSignature Beta Terms of Service. Note, your users who receive a request for eSignature will be asked to acknowledge and agree to these terms before they are able to sign.
Technical Support Services. Google is not required to provide Technical Support Service (TSS) to Customer related to the Test Product.
END USER FEEDBACK
Feedback. Google may contact End Users of the Test Product and request feedback or suggestions related to the Test Product. Customer will ensure that all its End Users with access to the Test Product consent to receive such communications from Google and authorize Google to use any feedback or suggestions without restriction and without obligation.
FUNCTIONALITY LIMITATIONS

The emails sent using the layouts feature may not render correctly in Outlook or other non-Gmail clients.
