Device Jobs

Every device operation is queued as a job, and the job is executed when the device is connected and ready. Jobs and their status can be viewed from the Troubleshoot > Jobs page.

Jobs can have the following status:

Jobs Status

Status	Description
Complete	Executed job that completed successfully
Running	Job currently being executed
Waiting	Job waiting for the device to be ready
Retry	A failed job that is waiting for another attempt
Failed	Failed job

Jobs can be filtered by their status. Simply select the status as a filter.

Click on a job to view detailed information with the message sent to the device, the number of attempts, and an error description if such exist.

When a job fails, the system may attempt to run the job multiple times. Each failed job error can be viewed by clicking on the Details section.

All jobs are kept in the system for a week. To delete jobs, select the jobs for deletion and click on the “Delete Jobs” button.
