1 Trick to make Business Writing engaging: Take a note from fiction writing. Find the "I" in your story. Using "I" in fiction means first-person point of view. It gives the reader an emotional journey. We know thoughts & actions. It's the same for business writing. Whether you're an executive drafting an email, A principal writing a letter to parents, Or an employee writing a newsletter. Avoid using words that have no meaning. • enhancing productivity. • capacity planning. • cost avoidance. Find the "I" means finding the human in the story. Get their perspective. Ask them for their own words. Use their perspective in the writing. Not using "I" is why most business writing is dull. The quickest way to warm up any institution: Find the "I". There are 2 types of LinkedIn writing: (I'm not talking about fiction vs nonfiction) I'm talking about: 1. Market tested writing. 2. Disruptive writing. --- Market tested writing is the most common. You write what's popular. Not just following trends but timeless topics too: • Entrepreneurship. • Productivity. • Health. You're focused on a current need & satisfying it. --- Disruptive writing is rarer. You write from the inside out. You're passionate about a topic and share it with others. This is harder to do because you won't gain traction as fast. But you'll carve a niche where you will dominate. Building a dedicated following. --- We need both types of writing. The ones who satisfy the current needs. And the ones who identify needs in the future. PS: What type of writing do you focus on? PPS: I got this from a biography about Nikola Tesla written by W. Bernard Carlson Didn't expect to get writing advice from a scientist. What a wacky world this is.

Use Loom to document your task and write out the process. 2. Use the 10-80-10 method: Do the initial 10%, delegate 80%, then add your special touch for the last 10%. Wanna dig deeper? The biggest LinkedIn mistake: "Just Posting" without a plan! Randomly posting on LinkedIn without a strategy is like shooting in the dark. You might hit something, but it’s mostly luck. Just posting won’t build your personal brand or attract the right audience. It’s all about being intentional. Start by defining your content pillars: 📍Educational Content:  ↳Teach your audience something new in your area of expertise. 📍Storytelling:  ↳Share your personal experiences to build trust and connection. 📍Engagement Posts:  ↳Ask questions to invite interaction and boost visibility. 📍Social Proof:  ↳Showcase testimonials to build credibility & encourage others to connect with you. 📍Growth Content:  ↳Share broader topics that can appeal to a wider audience. Before you hit “post” next time, ask yourself: → Does this align with my strategy?  → Am I speaking to the right audience? → Am I providing value that sets me apart? My goal across everything I write is to create a mindset shift among YouTubers. Rather than troubleshooting individual problems AFTER you've made the content… I want to bake in strong “retention awareness” at the STRUCTURE stage. Strong foundations > plugging gaps.

Writing is a weird skill to master: The better you get at it, the easier it looks to others. People think it's easy to write. We expect people to be good writers . Because we write all the time. • Texts • Emails • Letters It's why companies hire specialists. Expecting them to be good writers for their field. Rather than hiring a writer and teaching them the specifics. No one is born a good writer. People start at different points. You need practice to get better. The simpler the writing looks, the harder it was to write. It's hard to write. It's harder to write well. PS: What's your favorite writing tip you've learned so far?

Don't hate me saying this but yes PBNs work PBNs are personal blog network where a group of people own many websites using unique IPs, CMs, hosting, etc. And the posts goes to homepage to get a juice from their authority. I have tested PBNs on two websites and I must say it works. I mean, not that much (it you don't have an optimized site or your site is under shadow ban, it won't help). But it's a good push. These are like normal links and are generic but often has high RDs. PS: I don't target keywords on such backlinks. I use branded keywords or generic ones. And I also have different startegy to make them look real and natural. PPS: if you don't like PBNs, no worries. Me too. But I have many websites to test things to see what's working and what's not. And I tried PBNs only because these were cheap to buy.

Stop focusing on the follower count. Start focusing on building real connections that matter.
