Since we are living in the ERA of AI 🤖 I decided to create a new customer service AI bot for League Finland’s online store https://league.fi I decided to shake things up from the usual FAQ sections by implementing this chatbot for a more engaging customer experience. By utilizing the information already on our website and having the ability to update it with new FAQs and answers, I believe this chatbot will offer a fresh approach to customer service. While creating a Chatbot I was able to design the AI person’s behavior, how it handles customer interactions, ensuring it's equipped to provide assistance while adhering to company’s guidelines. What's more, it can even personalize responses based on the customer’s tone and context of each inquiry. While there may be initial questions it can't answer yet, I'm confident that with regular updates, it will become a reliable customer service asset. What do you think? Go or No-go? 🤖 You are able to test my creation here: https://lnkd.in/d6CGdM_z #GPT-4 #Chatbot #Customerservice #AIperson #Userexperience #UX #CX #Customerexperience ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chatbot hakee tietoa yrityksen verkkosivuilta sekä sille annetuista datasta.

Testing GenAI on Product Photography shots - what can I say - product photography is due for a make-over 👌 And so I decided to run a few tests on the nearest product in my vicinity - a carton of apple juice from Coop i Danmark, a flip-flopper from Zalando, and went to work. Grabbed the ol' photoshop, and assembled some quick photos for testing. What are the results - well, quite impressive (!) - but not without its problems. Key Takeaways: - Impressive results, but with notable issues. - Crafting accurate shot descriptions is tough. - Object realism isn't always consistent. - High variability in render success; many attempts needed. - Quick generation time: about an hour, though with trial and error. - Best suited for simple, static product highlights. // Do you also want to know how your brand can be strengthened with GenAI? Spring Hickman 🎅 🎄🎁
I keep telling you all a shift is coming. You don't want to hear it from me, that's OK. As long as you listen to someone else and fully understand what's inevitable. So the question is, will you be ready? Or are you going to be like the 97% who will wait until it's too late to transition seamlessly? As AI starts to dominate you are going to lose your direct connection to your fanbases. I am trying to prevent that by bringing you Club Fandumb next year. Do I care if you guys want this new dtc social media platform? Heck no! I'll save tens of thousands of dollars if you don't. I'm not going to keep trying to convince anyone that this or that is a good idea. You will need to figure that out on your own. Every 10 to 20 years or so the world shifts. I watched models lose their entire livelihood in the early 2000s because they refused to acknowledge the internet was coming to slay the DVD. And again in 2020 when many people in an entire Industry went under because 2 years before when I tried moving them to an online platform so they could stay home and still make money, I was called "Stupid" to my face and that no one would need that. Insert pandemic. You know who had no problems either time? Me. Im going to be OK regardless and so will every one of my brands. My time, intellect and resources will be put to good use whether anyone sees what's coming and the value of my solution or not. I'm just someone who tends to see a need beforehand and tries to fill it. Enjoy your Sunday 🙂

☕️Employer branding coffee in Stockholm? I recently got back from parental leave and feel like I want to get inspired as I continue to do all things employer branding at Fiskars Group 🧡 So, people in my network (or outside of it!!) who are also managing employer brands in-house 🏡, do you want to go for coffee/breakfast/lunch with me? ⚡️ Send me a message and let's do it! I've got things to share as well - for example how we have managed to develop a new group-spanning, global EVP (just wrapping it up) internally without external consultants, how we are tapping into using AI in our team, or how we developed a targeted value proposition only for our digital & IT teams ✨- or the story behind our orange scissors ✂️! #fiskarsgroup #employerbranding

Beauty sleep is CRUCIAL to Slush Week. You might meet that one startup ecosystem celebrity you've been shadow following on Linkedin for years. Or you could bump into a speaker in the line for coffee. You need to be at tip-top performance when at Slush, so booking a hotel for exactly your needs is essential. We've already thought about this, and gathered a list of hotel promo codes so you can save some money and find the best hotels across the city. You get beauty sleep (on a discount) if you click the link. It's so simple. Check our Guide to Helsinki's hotel discounts here: https://lnkd.in/dK9VczqM

Dear Aspiring and New Design Leaders, I am planning to host a master class during next year’s Design Leadership Ateliers! To make it as valuable as possible, I’d love your input: what topics would you like me to cover about building and scaling design teams and organizations? Where are you facing challenges? What areas would you like to explore more deeply? Share your thoughts in the comments—I’d love to hear from you!

Surprising, nice touch in the C&A webshop. They integrated fitpredictor, a third party app that helps determine the right size for you based on what you wear from other brands. Companies are usually so afraid to even mention other brands on their sites - but customers don’t live in siloes - they do shop multiple brands, and it’s actually helpful if they can refer to their own experiences - maybe in more ways than one. . . . . . #shopping #onlineshopping #webshop #ca #fitpredictor #ux #experience #designthinking #usercentereddesign #inspiration #exercise #insights #userexperience #strategy

*change management* 4 weeks it has been since I have returned back to work from maternity leave. And so much has changed at Sana Commerce during the 12 months I was gone. ⏳ BUT what has stayed the same is that I really enjoy the work that I am doing (with a different focus now, but still in the partner business). 🧑🤝🧑 Yes, there are a few hiccups when it comes to processes and such but for me this is normal when working in a position that was newly created, so naturally one needs to find structure in the chaos first. That is what I am good at. 🌱 And what also hasn't changed is that we have people that care about what they do and that are good at their job and like making an impact and seeing things improve when implementing their own ideas. 🦸♀️ This is a work environment that makes me thrive and especially now working 100% remote it means that everyone who is in a call with me needs to put up with my level of energy. That probably is exhausting at ties but remember: positive energy attracts positive results ✨

Do you know why you receive H&M Fashion News in your email every week? I do. From 2008 to 2014 I was the Head of Digital Marketing / Digital Strategy at the H&M Head office in Stockholm. After pioneering social media, digital advertising, mobile, and apps, I set my sites on how we communicated directly to our customers. At the time, H&M had a catalogue division (that would later spin off into a full e-commerce division. That’s for another post) that emailed customers. A few other departments also sent the odd email here or there, but we did not have one central customer database, nor did we have a consistent brand image for how to present a digital newsletter. So we set out to correct that. First, Ingrid Ras-Vidal helped us to set up a database that best combined her catalogue and e-commerce customers with our various lists. (This was pre GDPR.) Patrik Nerséus designed an email format (after my hand drawn wireframe) that included a main module and then smaller modules below that we could easily trade out and adapt for each individual market and campaign. I wanted a global name to pull the brand together, so I came up with “H&M Fashion News.” That still exists today, right in your email inbox. NEXT UP: H&M and streaming music

Amazing, top tier, best of the best Designers join new companies every other week and many times, they join companies you might have never heard of? It's easy to see why Great Designers might join a company with an exceptional reputation for Design - but what about when the company is earlier stage, newer, doesn't immediately have a reputation? One of the key reasons a Designer will join those teams is the Interview Experience. - Having an enjoyable, equitable, two way street interview experience - Meeting and connecting People to People; not treated like a possible new employee number - High communication - Decision makers that avail themselves to share more about their company and the opportunity - Efficient process that's clearly communicated Companies don;t need to have an undeniable global reputation to hire great designers - they can still attract the best of the best and own their responsibility in creating and incredible interview experience that drastically increases their chances of having offers accepted.

Tiistaina 22.10. MK Aamukahviseura vaihtaa kielen englantiin, kun aiheena on: How to connect your brand with core human needs to unlock long-term growth with guest speakers Lars Schulman & Stuart Barnes (VML Finland). As marketeers we are expected to keep up with the fast change in technology, culture and society. But too often we forget that humans don’t evolve at the same rate as technology does. Whilst the way we satisfy our needs may change, what drives those choices is rooted deep in the way the human brain works. Your brand only exists in people’s brains. It is a collection of ideas that others have about you, which they can remember. By applying a little knowledge about how brains actually work, you can have a massive impact on the effectiveness and value of your marketing. In this session, Stuart Barnes will share some simple, practical frameworks adapted from cognitive science that you can use on a daily basis to create better B2B and B2C brands and communications. Meet Anousack Daranouvongs, our talented UX/UI Designer with a unique and diverse background. Of Laotian descent, he was born and raised in France before making the move to Finland. With 9 years at Arbonaut, his career path has taken some interesting turns: “When I first joined Arbonaut, I was involved in market research for the French market and supported the sales and marketing team with proposals. Soon after, I transitioned to Arbonaut’s website management and the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, roll-ups, and business cards. Today, my primary focus is on enhancing the user experience of our digital solutions. My creativity, combined with a deep understanding of user needs, design principles, and business goals, drives me to craft meaningful and effective user experiences across multiple Forest Information System projects. For me, a great user experience is just as important as a well-developed application! Over the years in the company, I’ve come to value the balance between work and family life here. The flexibility and ability to influence my own working hours is something I truly appreciate.” 🔹Languages Anousack speaks: French, Lao, English, Finnish 🔹Hobbies: Playing badminton and football! I’m a member of the local football club in Joensuu. Recently, I've started playing with my family a new game of luminous balls called Lumios 🔹Favorite movie of all time: “Great Scott! It’s Back to the Future!” 🔹Favorite travel destination: Laos, for its rich cultural, artistic and spiritual heritage. 🔹Interesting fact about Anousack: I've always loved Japanese anime manga and my nickname has been Saku since I was little and it turns out it's also a Finnish name. Is this a sign or what?! #Arbonautees | #CareerGrowth | #EmployeeSpotlight

Two awesome days at the Service Design Global Conference. Many things are still stirring, but a couple of quick thoughts. 💪 As designer's we need to adapt to failure and trying and changing - maybe even more than before. 🤝 We are designing with and often for people - people who are a beautiful complex mess. We need to try to tame the messiness by understanding emotions, using discourses that others understand, and concentrating on the outcomes that help the people around us. But in the end, we need to be good at adaption because there will always be unintended consequences. 🌍 The incredibly important topic of inclusion, the need for bigger changes, and planetary views were strongly present. Though I love the inspiration and aiming for a better future - the discourse of designers saving the world feels almost overwhelming to me. I would have loved to hear also about the baby steps. 🌞It is an inspiration to be with like-minded people - even though I am privileged to belong to a great team every day at Posti Group Oyj. Thank you #sdgc2024 #servicedesign PS. 🎃 Loved the idea of zombie processes by Andy Polaine. Have often thought about how much intelligence is lost in organizational changes - how much does that organizational dance slow down progress, or does it? Give a shout, if someone wants to ponder the idea at lunch 😄

The demand for personalization in eCommerce is skyrocketing. In the Nordics, over 60% of shoppers expect brands to tailor their shopping experiences based on preferences and past behavior. Meanwhile, UK consumers, while embracing personalization, still have privacy concerns. Brands that balance these needs effectively are finding greater customer satisfaction and loyalty. How are you navigating personalization vs. privacy in your strategy? #DidYouKnow #EcommerceTrends #Personalization #NordicsVsUK #CustomerExperience #MacgregorBlack
