As a manager I am very Passionate about optimising processes and structures to deliver results in a highly efficient manner always looking at things from different points of view including others’ opinions.

Multilingual in Italian, English, Danish, French and Spanish.

As a Performance Chef specialised in Italian-Mediterranean cuisine my mantra:

I am a genuine and optimistic person who believes in constant learning and makes use of a wide array of experiences to contribute to a higher aim. I like to take initiative and be surrounded by people with different backgrounds who look at things from different angles. Having lived in 7 different countries and visited 40+, I embrace and enjoy diversity and discomfort.
Sport and Nutrition are my passion, optimal health for all is my just cause.

Having played myself in professional football teams and being skimmed out as not good enough, all I want for the players I work with, is not to go through what I went though and/or to maximise the potential earlier on.

Proven track record and relevant experience within elite sport both as performance nutritionist, lifestyle educator and private performance chef.
