I'm driven by results and love a challenge.

Currently I helping organizations working smarter within Project- & Portfoliomanagement and Ressource Management. As a PPM Consultant and Project Manager for Projectum I help private and public organizations with their PPM processes and tools.

I have a great passion for developing IT solutions that adds value to a business process. I have a great understanding of customer needs and requirements.

During my education at Aalborg University, I have touched on various different areas of the public sector and IT management. I have a BA in Politics and Administration, and a master’s degree in IT-Management. I have chosen this educational combination due to my interest in politics and the digital transformation of the public sector. I also have a passion for digital transformation in private sector, and to develop solutions that adds value and help the Company grow.

I am motivated by challenges. I love to solve business problems and take charge of a IT project. I have excellent skills communicating in order to acquire knowledge and to learn and use the knowledge of my colleagues

In my spare time I love too both watch and participate in different kinds of sport. For me a healthy mind and a healthy body is important to perform at work.

    A report from the Danish Ministry of Business and Growth, shows that Denmark is Falling behinde other countries in regards to digitalization and overall IT preparedness. The primary issue is that small and medium-large Companies have a fundemental fear of making larger IT Investments due to a lack capabilities in seeing the benegits from these Investments.

    A report from the Danish Ministry of Business and Growth, shows that Denmark is Falling behinde other countries in regards to digitalization and overall IT preparedness. The primary issue is that small and medium-large Companies have a fundemental fear of making larger IT Investments due to a lack capabilities in seeing the benegits from these Investments.

    In the light of this issue, this thesis seeks to investigate if it is possible to understand and design the proces of realizing desired benefits. Furthermore, the thesis seeks to identify which capabilities are needed in realizing the desired benefits. Two larger Danish Companies were used as cases. The first is Arla, one of Europe's largest dairy producers, and the second was Nykredt, a Danish bank and mortgage institution.

    The investigation was grounded in the ressource based view and balance scorecard, where the former was used to analyze which IS assets, IS capabilities and IS ressources the case Companies define as being necessary in realizing desired benefits. The latter was used to analyze the strategic considerations that to into the proces of realizing desired benefits. Furthermore, a literature review was created in order do define common terms within thw two theories used.

    The analysis concludes, that the case Companies have certain similarities with the theories, but some issues do occur. Several models are presented, illustrating the 'best-practice' from the Companies. The individual models are unifired into one model, illustration a proces in which the Companies, regardless of their size, should be able to realize desired benefits.

    Several studies demonstrate a positive correlation between IS and competitive advantage for organizations based on the resourcebased view of a firm suggesting that a superior portfolio of IS and organizational resources can result in a competitive advantage. Recently, however, doubts have been raised asto whether IS resources provide competitive advantage to organisations due to the changed nature of availability, cost and use of IS. Consequently, a need has been identified to…

    Several studies demonstrate a positive correlation between IS and competitive advantage for organizations based on the resourcebased view of a firm suggesting that a superior portfolio of IS and organizational resources can result in a competitive advantage. Recently, however, doubts have been raised asto whether IS resources provide competitive advantage to organisations due to the changed nature of availability, cost and use of IS. Consequently, a need has been identified to synthesize previous findings in order for it to be tested in the future. A profound literature search in the most relevant articles from the most acknowledged journals in the field of IS concludes conflicting views of the correlation between IS assets, IS capabilities, IS resources, and the direct link to competitive advantage. Further, diverse opinions regarding the link between IS resources and competitive advantage has been identified, including: IT Management, Complementarity & Synergy, IT benefit realization, process improvement, practice, VRIN & sustainability factors, core capabilities and competences. Each of these concepts have been identified as fundamental once an organization targets a superior exploitation of IS assets, IS capabilities and IS resources. A framework depicting the correlation between the concepts is presented along with hypotheses. The hypotheses will need to be tested in practice in future research in order to test the validity of the framework. Lastly, a discussion of the poten-tial issues with the framework and the identified literature will be presented in order to form the basis of the future practical deployment of the framework

  • 8. Semesters project: "Vestergaard Marine Service - Design of new proces for handling customer orders"

    This project deals with the design of a new customer order process for Vestergaard Marine Service. In the project we analyzed the process, in order to understand it and identify the challenges that may arise when making an offer to the customer.

    Based on the understanding of the current process and the challenges identified, a proposal for a new ordering process is prepared, where all tasks and information are collected in one system.

    This project deals with the design of a new customer order process for Vestergaard Marine Service. In the project we analyzed the process, in order to understand it and identify the challenges that may arise when making an offer to the customer.

    Based on the understanding of the current process and the challenges identified, a proposal for a new ordering process is prepared, where all tasks and information are collected in one system.

    Subsequently, more data will be collected about the preparation of offers to customers. This data is used to form a basis for the preparation of a prototype that can show how the ordering process should look in the future.

    The basis for investing in the new order process is in line with the objective of continuing the growth of the company, and therefore an order process requires growth that does not inhibit the preparation of offers to customers. The report concludes with a presentation of various conditions, VMS must be aware of when the new ordering process is to be implemented.

The theme of the project is 'Management of Information Systems'. The foucs of the project has been on creating the content in cooperation with an organization. This project has been carried out in collaboration with Rebild Municipality, which has served as a case study. The focus of the project is project portfolio management and more specifically how Rebild municipality manages their portfolio and how they handle being a public entity to carry out the projects that are being decided from the governments side. In addition to the governmental projects, the municipality of Rebild has self-chosen projects. The interaction between these will be explored in this project as it could be an exciting addition to the already existing literature.The purpose of the project is to analyze Rebild Municipality's management of their project portfolio based on chosen theory and make suggestions for possible adjustments in their project portfolio management . In addition, there will also be a look at how the organization is structured and what work processes are used to manage their project portfolio.
