✨ Rewild your organisation ✨ Klaus Bakdal challenges traditional leadership with the concept 'reactive leadership'. Klaus suggests that instead of focusing on implementation, we should embrace diverse experiments, support them, and allow knowledge to circulate freely within the organisation. Leadership, in this view, is about responding to what emerges, not controlling the process 🌱 Are you ready to rethink your approach and learn more about reactive leadership? ✨ Rewilding ✨ In this article, Klaus Bakdal talks about 'rewilding' our organisations. He challenges the traditional notions of efficiency, particularly in the context of meetings. Rather than focusing on structures and predefined outcomes, Klaus advocates for a more organic approach – he argues that we should rewild our meetings. "The whole trick is to rewild the meetings. To assume they are not, and cannot become, a fixed and finished efficient form. The most efficient meeting is the meeting that unfolds naturally and goes where it needs to, and it can only do that on its own." Furthermore, Klaus argues that the leader must release the jest in the organisation and practice reactive leadership 🤪 This will create an environment that encourages and appreciates experiments, where experiences and knowledge can flow effortlessly and where help, support and assistance is provided. Navigating the journey to a Regenerative Organisation 🌱 As leaders, we must recognize that not everyone will immediately grasp the need for change or adapt quickly. According to Ann Graugaard Pedersen, effective communication is key to overcoming this hurdle. It helps to clarify roles, responsibilities, and expectations, ensuring that everyone is aligned and engaged. In Ann's latest article, she explores five crucial barriers to regenerative transformation and how communication can address them: 1. What on earth does regenerative mean? I don't understand it... 2. Leaders keep doing what they always have – if I don’t make decisions, how do I lead? 3. The horseshoe crabs' old habits hinder the new culture. 4. Old silos persist, and reconnections are lacking. 5. We’re afraid to change direction and let go of what needs to die. You can read the article right here and discover the strategies to promote a thriving, regenerative organisation ✨ #Leadership #RegenerativeTransformation #Communication
