Want to run a good revenue organization? Teach your people to pick up the phone, dial the number, and call your customers. Get on a plane and go meet with them. We’re no longer going to measure you on LinkedIn followers. What matters is - how many of those followers can you reach out to and have conversations with. We will go away from volume, and back to quality. All the eyeball volume, visitor volume - all these things will be scrutinized in the context of quality.
